Wiebke is passionate about supporting others to create a deeper level of self-awareness that allows them to embrace and express who they authentically are - in music and life.
She studied Singing at the University of Music Stuttgart with Prof. Julia Hamari and Carl Davis. She has sung at several opera houses including Staatsoper Stuttgart, Deutsches Nationaltheater Weimar, Landestheater Niederbayern (Germany), Linz (Austria) and Luzern (Switzerland).
In 2008 Wiebke was named as one of the best young singers of the year by 'Opernwelt' Magazine (Germany) which said “Wiebke Renner sings and acts in many different roles as if it was the most natural thing in the world“.
Always longing to reach the next level in her musical and personal development she was introduced to Resonance Training in 2008. This work not only transformed her relationship with music and singing fundamentally, but also brought her a greater sense of trust and liberation in life.
She successfully completed three years Teachers Training with Thomas Lange in 2014 and is now a Certified Resonance Trainer. She leads courses across Europe and around the world, for example at Hochschule für Musik Lucerne (Switzerland), Cape Town Philharmonic Youth Orchestra (South Africa), Guildhall School of Music and Drama London (UK) and Academy of Berliner Philharmoniker (Germany).
She is also bringing Resonance Training to the world of Coaching and Leadership. Resonance Training ultimately is embodied leadership and presence.
Wiebke found an excellent counterpart to Resonance Training in Co-Activity, a coaching and leadership model based on resonant principles. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and completed the Co-Active Leadership Program with the internationally acclaimed Coaches Trainings Institute (CTI).
In 2017, she joined the Faculty of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) as Front of Room Leader.
